- Branding Assets and Artwork Data:
- Digital artwork files uploaded through our Request for Quotation (RFQ) forms, including vector files (
.AI,.EPS,.SVG,.PDF), brand guidelines, color specifications (Pantone / CMYK), and typography assets.
- Transaction and Logistics Information:
- Order history, quotation reference numbers, delivery notes, and payment preferences (e.g., Pay on Delivery, corporate cheque, wire transfer).
- Technical and Usage Data:
- Anonymized IP addresses, browser types, device viewports, referring URLs, and website interaction metrics collected via secure analytics to optimize site performance.
3. Lawful Basis for Processing
We process personal and corporate data under the following lawful grounds established by the UAE PDPL:
- Contractual Necessity (Article 4.2): Processing required to take pre-contractual steps at your request (such as providing an itemized quotation or visual proof) and to execute confirmed production and delivery contracts.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance (Article 4.1): Retaining commercial records, delivery receipts, and invoices as mandated by UAE commercial regulations.

4. Brand Asset and Artwork Confidentiality
We recognize the high commercial sensitivity of your brand identity, proprietary emblems, unpublished marketing campaigns, and intellectual property:
- Restricted Access: Uploaded artwork files and brand collateral are accessible strictly to authorized graphic designers, production managers, and print technicians assigned to your order.
- Zero Third-Party Commercialization: We do never sell, license, lease, or distribute your artwork, client lists, or brand assets to any third party for marketing or unauthorized commercial use.
- Portfolio Display Permission: We will only showcase finished branded products in our client portfolio or marketing materials with your prior explicit consent.
- Artwork Retention & Archival: Design mockups and vector files are stored on secure, encrypted servers for up to twenty-four (24) months to facilitate convenient re-orders. Artwork files will be permanently deleted earlier upon receipt of a written request from the Client.
5. Security Measures and Data Protection
We employ rigorous technical and organizational security controls to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction:
- Encryption: 256-bit SSL/TLS 1.3 encryption across all website pages, forms, and administrative panels.
- Upload Sanitization: All files submitted via our RFQ forms are scanned, isolated in secured directories (
wp-content/uploads/rfq-artwork/), and protected against executable script execution. - Restricted Administrative Access: Strict role-based access control (RBAC) and two-factor authentication for administrative users.
6. Sharing of Information
Information is shared strictly on a confidential need-to-know basis with trusted operational partners:
- Logistics and Dispatch Partners: Corporate delivery couriers and freight handlers operating across the 7 Emirates solely to fulfill physical order delivery.
- Financial Institutions: Banks facilitating wire transfer verification or corporate cheque processing.
- Statutory Authorities: UAE government, judicial, or regulatory bodies when strictly required by enforceable UAE law.
7. Your Data Subject Rights (UAE PDPL)
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, individuals have enforceable rights regarding their personal data:
