Terms and Conditions (B2B Commercial Terms)
Last Updated: November 2026
Jurisdiction: United Arab Emirates
Operating Domain: https://promotionalprint.co (Promotional Print Co)
1. Application and Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern all commercial quotations, artwork approvals, production orders, and deliveries entered into between Promotional Print Co (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the purchasing corporate entity, institution, or client representative (“the Client”, “Customer”, or “you”).
By submitting a Request for Quotation (RFQ), approving a digital or physical visual proof, issuing a Local Purchase Order (LPO), or confirming an order via email or WhatsApp, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the UAE Commercial Transactions Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 50 of 2022).
2. Quotations, Pricing, and Tax Status
- Custom Quotation Validity: All quotations issued by Promotional Print Co are customized based on product availability, print technique, volume tiers, and prevailing raw material costs. Quotations remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
- Tax Status (Non-VAT Registered): In compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations under Federal Decree-Law No. (8) of 2017 on Value Added Tax, Promotional Print Co currently operates below the mandatory VAT registration threshold. Accordingly, no Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged, and all quotations, proforma invoices, and final statements reflect net commercial figures. Should our registration status change, clients will be formally notified with our registered 15-digit Tax Registration Number (TRN).
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): Most catalogue items carry production MOQs (typically 50, 100, 250, or 500 units) to justify specialized setup, plate making, screen exposure, or laser calibration. Inquiries for quantities below listed tiers will be priced at small-batch custom rates.
3. Artwork Approval and Production Commencement
- Digital Visual Proof: We provide a complimentary digital visual proof (virtual mockup) within 60 minutes during UAE business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM GST) upon receipt of usable vector artwork (
.AI,.EPS,.SVG, or high-resolution vector.PDF). - Written Approval Prerequisite: Production will not commence under any circumstances without the Client’s unambiguous, written approval of the visual proof via email, digital signature, or confirmed WhatsApp communication.
- Client Responsibility: The Client is solely responsible for verifying all visual elements, including but not limited to: spelling, typography, logo proportions, brand placement, Pantone (PMS) color references, and dimensions. Once written approval is granted, Promotional Print Co will not be liable for any errors present in the approved proof.
- Physical Pre-Production Sample: On qualifying bulk orders (orders valued at AED 5,000 or greater, or upon mutual agreement), a physical pre-production sample will be produced and delivered for final sign-off prior to mass printing.
4. Payment Terms
Promotional Print Co operates on a flexible, trust-first B2B commercial framework tailored for UAE corporate clients:

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:
- Promotional Print Co shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including lost business revenue, event cancellation damages, or loss of goodwill.
- Our aggregate liability for any proven claim arising out of or related to an order shall be strictly limited to the total monetary amount paid by the Client for the specific defective items within that order.
- Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events of Force Majeure, including customs inspection holdups, port delays, airport freight groundings, severe meteorological disruptions, or governmental trade restrictions.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
