Promotional Print Co provides transparent sample evaluation options so UAE businesses can inspect materials, verify branding accuracy, and sign off with complete confidence before committing to a full production run.

1. Complimentary Digital 2D Visual Layouts

Prior to order placement, our prepress team prepares a complimentary 2D digital visual proof for your requested items. The digital layout illustrates exact logo positioning, proportional sizing, and branding technique specifications (screen printing, UV rotary printing, embroidery, laser engraving, or debossing).

Digital proofs are provided upon receipt of usable vector artwork (AI, EPS, or vector PDF). Revisions to the digital layout are accommodated prior to production approval.

2. Physical Pre-Production Samples

We offer physical sample inspections to ensure product finish, material hand-feel, and print fidelity meet corporate standards:

  • Qualifying Bulk Corporate Orders: On qualifying volume orders, an actual pre-production sample with your customized branding is produced and dispatched to your office for physical evaluation before mass manufacturing begins.
  • Blank Physical Samples: If your procurement or marketing team wishes to assess item build, fabric weight, or hardware functionality before finalizing artwork, blank (unbranded) catalogue samples can be dispatched directly to your location across the UAE.
  • Pre-Printed Portfolio Samples: Samples featuring previous production finishes are available upon request to demonstrate specific branding techniques such as 3D crystal sub-surface engraving, rotary UV cylindrical bottle prints, or rigid box foil stamping.

3. Approval & Production Scheduling

Production lead times commence once written sign-off (via email or corporate WhatsApp) is received on the digital proof or physical pre-production sample. Any modifications requested after physical sample sign-off may adjust delivery timelines and material availability.

4. Sample Dispatch & Courier Coverage

Physical samples are dispatched via tracked domestic courier to commercial addresses across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
